It was not pleasant, representative had to pass my concern to the supervisor. However that didnt help and resolve my problem. Reps failed to conduct the proper research on my purchase in order to have the power product returned.

I received a Kobalt retractable hose reel as a gift from my in-laws in late 2023. I like this unit, but the reel is leaking air at the air supply shaft.

Neither Lowes nor Kobalt customer support could help me.

I guess once it's out of warranty, customers are on their own. Great company.

We bought four products from Kobalt in 2022: a lawn mower, weed trimmer, chainsaw, leaf blower, and an air compressor. The large 80-volt battery that came with one of these products has never worked from day one.

I've never been able to charge it. Can we please get a replacement battery for the one that has never worked?

We spent a lot of money on all these products and having a battery that has never worked from the day we bought the products is troubling and poor customer service. I'm prepared to send back the large 80-volt battery that Lowes informed me Kobalt was aware of issues with these batteries, hence they discontinued them.

I could not understand the rep because of his accent. I don’t think he really understood what My question was. Definitely a language barrier. Explained it about 6-7 times before he finally understood. Hopefully he did understand and give me the right answer. Was very frustrating talking with him.

I never got to speak with anyone at Kobalt because all I kept getting was automated messages. The messages only kept repeating and never putting me through to a live agent. Even after chatting with someone from Pissed consumer, they wanted me to add my card information before I could speak with a live agent. I didn’t think I would have to go through all of this just to get a hand tool replaced
