I've got to order broken regulator and they're all on so-called back order. We don't have time to be waiting on back order parts to do their jobs. Part should have not snapped off that easy.

I feel that the company 2 years ago with my purchase of hedge trimmer with 136 amp battery was quality and a good purchase, my recent blower also a 40 Volt and battery's are interchangeable only has 76 Amps and is a dud for dependability. My original chat with Kobalt they understood my dissatisfaction but did nothing to help.

This company is building a brand and with lessening the power length they are loosing my confidence in how company's go to market today. Buyer Be Ware

They did not have the part that I need for their product. I am trying to get a nut for my Kobalt weed eater which is only 5 years old and they cannot supply it.

The fence for my mitre saw got broken, try to buy a replacement part they said it is not available, but they still make the saw, try to swap the part with the display the manager said can't do. Won't buy anything from them anymore!

Most of the tools and gadgets that I buy from this company has the warranty, but they neglect to tell you to hold on to your receipt and when it breaks within a 3 to 4 year span. Just under the warranty they tell you. All you can't do it because you don't have a receipt.
