Kobalt

The pieces on the side that lock the cases together pull all the way out on 2 boxes. Are there replacements for those? They fall out by themselves

I was a visitor to the United States. I purchased a Kobalt impact wrench mod 6904 on 04/10/24.

I opened the case two weeks later and I found an old wrench in the new case. I am very hurt about what happened to me.

Because I got two tape measures that I bought from Lowes and they wont do return policy on them and Ive not had them that long but they both broke

I felt very bad; I purchased a new Kobalt impact wrench mod number 6904 on 2024/10/04. On returning to my home, I opened the case and saw a very old impact wrench inside the case.

I purchased a 2 tool combo kit from Rona on February 11/2023. The 1/4" impact driver (model KID 324b-03) has stopped working.

When I install a fully charged battery, the small led lights blinks, but the driver does not work. I tried returning it to Rona (Surrey: Fleetwood) where I purchased it from, but they were no help.

Tool was only used around the house, and was not abused in any way. I would like a replacement.

Lever locks broken, great saw just lost locking point on saw , just purchased and do not want to buy another one

It was not pleasant, representative had to pass my concern to the supervisor. However that didnt help and resolve my problem. Reps failed to conduct the proper research on my purchase in order to have the power product returned.

I have a 40 Volt 4ah Kobalt battery that is under warranty that will no longer fully charge and Lowe's has replaced it with much lower quality 40 Volt 2.5ah battery. This is not a full warranty.

Can't actually speak to a person in order to obtain keys for my new toolbox that I purchased at Lowes

When you use this new tool, it slips the gear a lot. I traded it in at Lowes.

The new tool again slips. I took it apart; the spring is too small to hold it in gear. I drilled the left-to-right switch spring hole. Put a stiffer spring in its place.

The tool works as it should.

I have many Kobalt tools, and this one just doesn't stand up to the quality of Kobalt tools. Other than the spring, I would say it's a very nice wrench.

I received a Kobalt retractable hose reel as a gift from my in-laws in late 2023. I like this unit, but the reel is leaking air at the air supply shaft.

Neither Lowes nor Kobalt customer support could help me.

I guess once it's out of warranty, customers are on their own. Great company.

1/4 impact driver drill stopped working modelkid324b-03 serial number 006003 date 11/21 my other drill works, so not a battery issue. I'm a home owner, this drill has seem minimal use

I own a breaker bar #337328,the head has broken where the socket goes on.

My local lowes can not help me.

Im hoping for a replacement shipped to me.

Make a promiss of lifetime warranty and then make no attempt to honor it

It stopped working it will not build pressure only 50 psi &then shuts down .if not under warranty I'll be going to Home Depot to get a Dewalt compressor. Theirs has to be better then kobalt.

I just had a question as to whether I could enter change the battery on my drill and my leaf blower. The man in the call center was so difficult to understand with his accent that it was very frustrating.

I eventually got an answer, but Im hoping its the right one as Im not sure he totally understood my question.

at least he didnt seem to in the beginning. It is extremely irritating to call support and not be able to understand people.
